The space is ideal for those who want to explore the historic towns or simply relax, enjoying our double hot tub, solar-heated swimming pool and views of the Serra de São José. It has 2 bedrooms (35 m² and 12 m²) with a king-size bed and a double bed, and a balcony with a hammock. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house, has independent entrance and privacy. The pool is the only shared area of the space.

The house is located in a residential area exactly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from the historic center, which is equivalent to a 7-minute drive. We have an amazing view and we are in a region of a lot of nature.
