Our location is not recommended for guests who want to be close to downtown Vancouver, or are looking for proximity to Vancouver proper. We are 35 min via car from downtown Vancouver, 45 min drive from YVR Vancouver International Airport. We do not accept any 3rd party bookings. If you are not staying here, you cannot book for someone else.

Beautiful one bedroom suite in new house. Close to Rocky point park, Mundy Park, Como Lake, Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex, SFU, supermarket, Starbucks, Liquor store, Banks. Downtown Vancouver is 35-40 minutes sky train ride. You can enjoy walking trails on Coquitlam Crunch, Shoreline Trail . During summer time you can visit Sasamat and Bantzen lakes , one of the warmest lakes in Metro Vancouver with great sandy beaches.
