Our cottage is located above a water well which stems from the river Gaunless, the most northerly Viking named river. Our landscape shows historical traces of mining dating back to medieval times and can be seen just outside.

Low Green Barn is a converted barn, attached to our family home and located in the middle of the village of Mickleton. Before booking, please bear in mind we offer limited cooking facilities, with no oven or grill. We can provide you with local recommendations for eating out. Driveway parking is shared with owners and can accommodate one guest vehicle. Owners Tessa and Dave live in the adjoining main farmhouse and are available via text/in person if needed.
