Lauri's Cottage - Secluded & Pet Friendly

Set on 5 acres of mainly native bushland, our cottage is a real retreat from the urban rat race. The cottage is well equipped with everything to make your stay enjoyable. We have central hydronic heating but the 2 large open fireplaces are a real feature of the cottage. We are regularly visited by kangaroos, kookaburras and other native wildlife. Fur kids are entirely welcome and we have a secure area with a large kennel if you want to leave them while you explore the delights of Daylesford.

Take a short walk to Hepburn’s acclaimed restaurants and cafes, or have a drink at the Palais music venue and walk home! Stroll down the end of the street and you’re in the historic Hepburn bathhouse and mineral springs reserve. Pamper yourself with a spa treatment, or just enjoy a gorgeous leafy walk. A three minute drive and you’re in Daylesford.

Surrounded by a large garden and backing on to bushland, yet right in town, it’s the perfect spot to settle in and recharge. Foletti's Barn is a cosy retreat. The perfect place to stop, relax, and leave the everyday behind for a few days. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.
