Welcome to our spacious, pet-friendly 1960s home tucked away on 5.5 private acres - just mins from two of the most popular towns in the Sullivan Catskills: Roscoe and Livingston. This bright 4 bed/3 ½ bath home works great for a couple or a crowd with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to gather or spread out. There’s a dreamy (and VERY well-stocked) kitchen. Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Escape it all, listen to the birds and near by Buck Brook. Explore the Catskills with plenty of hiking, lakes, and fly fishing. The stars are incredible, so as you sit on the balcony or at the fire pit look up. Crow Hill is located on a quiet road away from the bustle of town. The wifi is moderate due to the location, so it allows you to unplug. Crow Hill is dog friendly ( no cats) and perfect for a family getaway. The cabin is deep cleaned and sanitized between guests. Come take a break!
