Art Deco building from 1930, located in the heart of the Old City (Old Town of Montevideo) and in front of the Pza. Zabala, a privileged green space. A few meters from the pedestrian Sarandí, close to all the places of cultural and gastronomic attraction, very close to the beautiful southern rambla and the port of Montevideo. The apartment has very comfortable and bright spaces, very ventilated and all have large windows that offer a beautiful view.
