On the same street there is a supermarket, pharmacies, a bakery and a butcher's face, shops, etc. The apartment is close to the centre of Conselheiro Lafaiete, but in a quiet area, in addition to being close to the main hospital of the city. It has 1 parking space. The external areas are under renovation so it is still ugly, I ask the understanding because the apartment will be worth it. 😃 Any questions I am at your disposal.
