Quiet 1 bedroom fully furnished apartment surrounded by trees. Self check in, farm fresh eggs when available. 2 minutes from 690, 10 minutes from NY state fairgrounds!!! and 15 minutes from the Syracuse hospitals. Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee. Cyclists: You can ride directly onto our property from the Erie Canal Trail (ECT)! Located minutes from NYS 31, this modern restoration of an authentic 1850 canal home has plenty to offer to the road-weary wanderer. Situated on just under an acre of land, this historical property is diagonal to 50' of frontage of the original Erie canal. Come see our cornice brackets, restored scrollwork and much more.
