We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. Built in 1902 and restored in 1988, we have tried to keep true to the authenticity of a working Vermont farmhouse. Thus the name of the farm Antiquity Acres. Here you will find, a quiet place to rest, away from noise but minutes to Stowe on a beautiful dead end road with picturesque views. A private working horse farm sitting on 90 acres of open pastoral land with mountain views, complete with 2 spring fed swimming ponds, and walking trails.

If you’re looking for more space and amenities than staying in a hotel room, but still want the cleanliness and professionalism you’d expect from one, then you may enjoy staying here. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Historic paneled suite has a double bed as well as an adjoining private study with a single bed, a desk with an office chair, and a fridge. Bedroom includes chairs and a table and fireplace, and opens to the private study and shared bath. Room is furnished with antiques. Lots of outside seating and gardens weather permitting. We are featured yearly on a local garden tour. Breakfast is provided in our gardens or kitchen if desired.
