Welkom bij ons net geopende vrijstaande vakantiehuis op ons landgoed Domaine Le Tournier ten zuid westen van Bordeaux. Een unieke plek met onvergetelijke zonsondergangen in Lot- et-Garonne. Het huis is geschikt voor 4 personen en 2-3 kinderen. De 400m2 eigen tuin met prachtig uitzicht heeft een groot overdekt terras voor een heerlijk Frans ontbijt of diner. Het ernaast gelegen unieke zwart beklede betonnen biozwembad bevat geen chloor maar werkt met speciale filters. Wel zo gezond voor uw huid.

Full of rustic charm yet with modern appliances and utilities, including large walk-in shower with toiletries and gated parking. Surrounded by agricultural countryside with rolling fields of sweetcorn, wheat and sunflower fields when in season. 40 minute drive to Bergerac & 1 hour to Bordeaux Guests are welcome to use the 12m pool which is in the grounds of the main house.

Entourée d'un écrin de verdure, toute la maison est pour vous, véranda, cuisine équipée, salon salle à manger, deux chambres avec lits en 140 et 90cm, salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne, wc, espace privé et jardin à l'extérieur. La maison est située à seulement 700m de la station thermale. Et à proximité du lac de l'Uby (piscine, lac de baignade, padel, tennis), du circuit Paul Armagnac, de l'Aérodrome, du golf.
