The house is very spacious, has a terrace on the top floor and a spacious patio for children with a charcoal grill and a view of the entire beach. There is private parking, a smart TV, and fiber optic Wi-Fi. There is parking inside the enclosure for 3 cars.

BEAUTIFUL LOFT WITH JACUZZI AND PRIVATE SAUNA 2 people (+ 18 years), 10 min drive to Reñaca beach and 20 min to Viña del Mar. Located on a private plot, with access gate and security cameras. Fully-equipped kitchen, just bring your food. It includes sheets and towels. Ideally, you should have a car, although you can get there by Uber or Cabify. We are ecofriendy. No pets allowed. Home gym and space for yoga and meditation available. There are loungers, hammocks and games.

Located in Recreo, a quiet place with a privileged view, 10 minutes from the center of Viña del Mar and Valparaiso. Close to beaches and all the attractions that the city has. It has parking of 4.30x2.50x height 1.79 cm and another in the neighboring house, subject to availability

The place consists of 2 paired houses that share only the parking and main entrance at the gate. Everything else is private, it also has a private interior patio. Parking is only for 1 vehicle inside the property. If you are with another extra vehicle you will have to be parked outside the property on main street or coordinate with host if there is space.
