Dream house located above Praia de São José, a private beach. It has swimming pool, 2 Jacuzzis (h and c), a brick Brazilian BBQ, large living room, a shaded dining area on deck, 4 bedroom suites with A/C. All bedrooms and living-rooms have sea-views. The villa is located in a secure closed condominium, with large areas of Atlantic forest. São José beach is 5 minutes walk, 3 minutes by car; from the house you can hear the waves breaking on beach. Prainha beach is 15 minutes walk, 5 mins by car.

From July 2025, the villa is equipped with a private pool and an outdoor jacuzzi for a high-end experience. Quiet and secure place close to Concha Beach and the center of Itacaré.
