Family cabin in a private development. Direct access to the river, ideal for fishing, and access to Lake Calafquén. It has no interior partitions and two levels. The upper level has a double-height ceiling and single beds; the lower level includes a kitchen, dining area, living room, pellet stove, en-suite bathroom, and a double bed with views of the river and forest. Metal frame, glass, and wood, it features abundant natural light and large windows, and is surrounded by a large wooden deck.

Refugio Kodama is a place nestled in a native forest surrounded by nature and tranquility, while maintaining all the comforts of home. The cabin is a good place to visit in winter and summer as it is built in a cool space with good insulation materials and excellent heating. It is located 10 minutes away from hot springs and 15 minutes away from downtown Coñaripe, surrounded by multiple tourist destinations. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located on the shores of Lake Calfquen at km 15.6 on the way to Coñaripe. It has a private beach, jetty, baby soccer field, large garden with native trees. The lake and the towering mountains can be seen from everywhere. The distance to Coñaripe is 4 km and to Lican Ray is 17 km. The place is ideal for resting and practicing sports, such as: Fishing, trekking, cycling, and boating in general.

The house is rented full. It has a living room with kitchenette and a large terrace with terrace and grill for making roasts. It has a drinking water tank for a private outdoor hot tub. The tub is heated with firewood and takes approximately 5 to 6 hours to heat. It must be requested one day before use and will be available on the requested day from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at 38 - 40 degrees. The hot tub has an additional cost of clp $40,000
