Howdy! The guesthouse shares a 2 acre property with our main home. We are in county (outside of city limits). It has two separate rooms with a door in between. One room has a queen sized bed, a pull out twin sofa bed and an attached bathroom. The second room is a living/kitchen area with a full size pull out sofa bed. Located in the back of a one entrance, low traffic neighborhood. However, still close to shops and restaurants. Located 30 miles south of downtown Dallas.
