The house is a typical Canarian dwelling more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value, in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and lounging area.

The apartment is located in Gran Canaria on the finca Cortez, which is located about 3 km from San Bartolome in the mountains at 1180 m altitude; the district is called El Sequero Alto. The location is ideal for hikers, because from here you can quickly start or get to the most famous hiking trails. From now on, super-fast Internet (fiber optic) is available.
