Located in the heart of the village of Zubia 3 km from Granada. It is a house of 300 square meters, full of charm, where every detail of its original era has been preserved with care. Casueña is in the heart of the countryside, on the outskirts of the city of MÁLAGA, surrounded by trees and birds. The Airport, the center of Malaga and the beaches are only 20 kilometers away. CASUEÑA is a lovely villa with a private pool, heated with salt water chlorination all year round, a wood-fired barbecue, large trees, a kitchen with six hobs and a 90 cm oven. It has a fantastic 50 m² porch that will be the main hub of activity at the house, and next to it are the barbecue and the heated pool.

The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Small independent rural house in Andalusian style on an olive farm, 100 meters from the owners' house. The house is organized into a large studio with separate bathroom and equipped kitchen, with a large private terrace with deckchairs and barbecue. The use of the swimming pool is reserved for the guests of this house. We also have dogs who live on the property and they love our guets : so it's important to love dogs too! They sleep inside the owner´s house.
