Amueblado por un amplio sofá, mesa de café y TV. El salón tiene acceso directo a la primera terraza, con una mesa de comedor y sillas. Vistas desde la terraza a la Alhambra y la Catedral. Hay una sala de estar adicional en la segunda planta, con 2 sofás-cama y TV. El comedor cuenta con una gran mesa y sillas para 10 personas y está al lado de la cocina, totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos principales de alta calidad. Entrando en el apartamento, a la derecha, está la terraza principal, con una piscina privada - que se puede utilizar durante todo el año (no climatizada).
