Large and comfortable living-dining room, two double bedrooms and one full bathroom. In the living there is a sofa bed for two people. Large kitchen and equipped with everything you need for your vacation. Large terrace. The development has gardens, two swimming pools, children's area and has direct beach access.

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset.
