Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese, an excellent Morrisons Daily shop and a Zero Waste shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

Bram Stroker himself holidayed in Cruden Bay back in the late 1800's and many believe that the Local Slains castle inspired Dracula. Also, right on the doorstep of this unique property is the World Famous Championship Golf Course featuring a par 70 Links Course.

Tern Cabin is a lovely wooden building with all amenities required for a short term holiday. Situated in the coastal village on Newburgh, Aberdeenshire only a short walk from the beach which teems with wildlife. People come from far and wide to see the seal colony, there's always something happening including the seasonal visitors from which the cabin is named.
