Tuck away on the three-season screened-in porch to watch the iconic Iowa pink sunsets. Built with special touches including stained glass and intricate woodwork, this treehouse boasts warmth throughout and is sure to be a once-in-a-lifetime get-away.

Enjoy the peaceful beauty of Central Iowa's rolling hills, prairies, and distant forests while staying in our newly constructed barndominium. Take in the sweeping views, singing birds, and diverse wildlife from the front porch. Cozy up inside by the electric fireplace, enjoy a movie on Roku TV, curl up in the reading nook, utilize the portable desk or get competitive while playing board games. The barn is located behind our house. The driveway is shared with lots of parking next to the barn.

Quiet residential neighborhood. 5 minutes to Adventureland, Prairie Meadows Racetrack/Casino and the Outlets of Des Moines. 10 minutes to the Iowa State Fairgrounds and 15 minutes to downtown Des Moines. Garage space not included. Bedding may vary.
