Located in the gated subdivision of Cape Royale, you can relax on the multi-level private back deck, the dock, or just take in the views from the living room. We love it here, and we want you to love it too, so you'll have full use of our kitchen, living room with a vaulted ceiling, master suite and two additional bedrooms. Amenities include floaties (big and small), and pedestal fans on the deck and dock.

Wind down with a glass of wine next to the fire pit & enjoy the sunset over the lake. We can't wait to host you! Note: The house does NOT have direct lake access.

Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.
