Our traditional home is ideal for a family or 2 couples. Situated in the west of the Island overlooking Loch Dunvegan with panoramic views from the Cuillins to the east and west across the Minch to Harris in the Outer Hebrides. We are within walking distance of the renowned Three Chimneys restaurant and a few miles from Neist Point Lighthouse with Dunvegan Castle five miles away. Within easy travel distance to Portree. Deer, dolphins and birds of prey can often be seen from the house.

Gate Lodge on Conservation Farm Isle of Skye

Opened in January 2020, the Gate Lodge is a charming octagon with plenty of original character. Warm and well-equipped, it has been completely renovated and sits within the grounds of a working conservation farm. Strictly No Smoking. Only a ten minute walk from Loch Bay Restaurant, the Stein Inn, Skyeskyns and Diver's Eye, the lodge is surrounded by nature and wildlife with stunning views. It offers the perfect, peaceful break. Glendale is well served by a Post Office which also supplies all the basics...and much more! Beautiful Neist Point is about 4 miles from Croft No.9.
