Only if you start hosting for the first time, we'll help you create your listing.There are more than 20 steps, so we'll go together, explaining one by one.
Guest messaging
Advise on appropriate sentences in situations where you have trouble responding, etc.
Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning is one of the most important tasks.Guests will be aware of where their gaze is oriented and advises on how to clean up their space.You can visit the local area regularly or have a study session in the host community in your area.
Listing photography
A minimum of 50 photos will be provided.We'll also give you tips on how to take photos with a combination of storytellers and smartphones.You can visit the local area regularly or have a study session in the host community in your area.
Interior design and styling
From listing concepts, seasonal changes, coloring, replacing fixtures, and guest book communication, we'll give you advice on creating a space that exposes guests to their sensitivity.
Licensing and hosting permits
Only if you're new to hosting, we'll advise you on the process of notifying you for the new Private Lodging Act.
