Listing setup
I will make sure your listing is optimized, including frequent updates. I have a lot of experience setting up listings
Setting prices and availability
I do this manually, so peak times, holidays & local events are optimized for revenue. I adjust $ + min nights based on demand
Booking request management
I work with the owners to set parameters in advance so I can autonomously accept or decline based on this
Guest messaging
My response time usually in minutes & always in hours. I am available from about 7a - 10p and my cell # is in the listing
On-site guest support
I do a pre- and post-check of the property and am available as needed. Some issues will incur an additional fee
Cleaning and maintenance
I do not clean. I can coordinate your cleaners or make recommendations for excellent cleaners and I would coord them as well
Listing photography
I can recommend a professional photographer or help touch up your photos myself (extra fee), I prefer professional photos
Interior design and styling
I have some great designers I can recommend!
Licensing and hosting permits
I am happy to help file with the towns that require it and have a process set up
Additional services
