We have set up many listings over the years and find that attention to detail is a strong draw to bookings.
Setting prices and availability
In initial conversations with owners, we find out your goals for the space and work from there on pricing & availability.
Booking request management
Depending on the owners choice for booking requests - we create a plan for communication & decisions for accepting requests.
Guest messaging
When we cohost a guest stay - we generally reply quickly on the app & as we have notifications turned on.
On-site guest support
We check in with guests during their stay and include in our messaging to let us know if they need anything.
Cleaning and maintenance
Thorough cleanliness and regular maintenance are a high value to us. Checklists for cleaning and maintenance are built in.
Listing photography
We can take pictures & touch up or arrange for a professional to take photos. We leave that up to the owner's preference.
Interior design and styling
We work with owners to create a space that is both aesthetic & practical where beauty & comfort go hand in hand.
Additional services
Though we have knowledge of the licensing and permits - we do not offer those services but can support the process.
