Guest messaging

I ask clarifing questions about the reason for their visit, in order to give them the best experience, & protect the Host!

On-site guest support

I send messages to check-in to make sure they are comfortable, I address problems the same day if possible to resolve issues.

Cleaning and maintenance

My Cleaning Team takes pride in their work, and will return to the property at no charge if something is missed.

Listing photography

I will provide professional photos (25+ min) to showcase your home in an inviting way- Not like Real Estate Photos.

Interior design and styling

I love creating an inviting theme for each home that will make it stand out from other lisings, while staying within a budget

Licensing and hosting permits

I make sure you have filed paperwork for your area and that you will be opperating in compliance with the local laws.
