Great find! We rented this home as it was close to my son’s wedding venue. It was perfect for our family and the wedding party. We really enjoyed all the amenities. The house was very well appointed and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend!

We rented Brazos Breeze for our family and the groomsmen for our son’s January wedding at the nearby Springs venue. It was perfect for what we needed: perfect location, very clean, like new decor and appliances, comfortable beds, lots of private spaces, etc. They communicated quickly when we had questions and were very helpful. The upstairs game room/bathroom/bunk room/snack station/movie theater room could not have been more perfect for all the guys to hang out the night before the wedding. The kitchen is well-supplied and two large dining tables was extremely helpful. Keep in mind that the house is on the Brazos River so it is built up on stilts and has some nice stairs leading to the house. The great benefit of this is a HUGE covered play space under the house. We played ping pong, cornhole, and ate around the enormous outdoor table with comfortable chairs. We hope to be able to come back and use the house again sometime.

Oh my goodness - where to start?! I booked Brazos Breeze for a work retreat; there was more than enough room to accommodate our team and other work guests throughout our stay - EVERYONE loved it. It was exactly what we were looking for and so much more; besides a beautiful space (and very comfortable beds), the grounds and surrounding area were a delight and we took advantage of the large fire pit for some good ol' fashioned s'mores after a long day of "work". Marina and her team were genuinely a pleasure to communicate with and they were on top of all our needs and requests (we even had to reschedule from October to January and the process was seamless); we also appreciated the heads up when the weather turned for worse - it's good to know what to expect when you're not from the local area 🙏 Thank you - from all of us at International Student Development - for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful time at this house on the river for our son’s wedding weekend. The home was large and plenty big for our grown children and their wives and for groomsmen. The upstairs game room and movie theater were a hit with kids of all ages. Very fun for our son and his groomsmen the night before the wedding. The owners were very amenable and allowed us to have a gathering of family who had come in for the wedding. The two large dining tables were perfect to accommodate the crowd. We enjoyed it so much we talked about making it the center of a family reunion in the future. It would be a lot of fun to go back in warmer weather and enjoy creation on the river. We would’ve loved to have used the fire pit, as well, but , we just didn’t stay long enough. Overall, it was a great stay, and we highly recommend it.

This was a great place for our family and the bridesmaids to stay for my daughter’s wedding weekend in Weatherford. We were about 12 minutes from the venue, and we had plenty of space to spread out and get ready and enjoy our time together between all the celebration!

Amazing house with plenty of space inside and outside. We had a group of 17, including lots of kids, and it was perfect for them to play outside on the swings, run around, make s'mores, and go fishing. I also really appreciated that the TVs included streaming accounts- that felt like a real treat! The hosts were awesome and so responsive, particularly when we couldn't get the coffee machine to work. They showed up with a brand new one within 2 hours, along with muffins- so kind of them! We were in town for a wedding at The Springs Event Venue and it was a really convenient location, especially to not have to drive very far at night after the wedding. Thank you for a wonderful stay! It was very special to be able to have the whole group under one roof as we celebrated our cousin getting married.

This accommodation was everything that we needed for the weekend. We were a team of photographers that were photographing a big local race so we needed the space and number of beds that this place offered. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend staying here and hopefully plan to come back.
