Attention to detail is extremely important to me! I want to ensure that both guests and hosts are at ease.

I am incredibly in-tune regarding revenue management. Not just for regular days, but for holidays & special events.
Booking request management
I want hosts to be confident regarding who is in their home. All guests are vetted to the fullest extent possible.
Guest messaging
As long as I am not sleeping, I pride myself on answering messages as soon as possible/within the hour they're sent.
On-site guest support
I do everything to make myself or a member of my team as available as possible so problems are quickly solved.
Cleaning and maintenance
Reliability & good work are of utmost importance. I work with multiple cleaning companies who are tried & proven at both.
Listing photography
Both myself & property photographers I work with ensure that all posted photos contain the Wow Factor for potential guests.
Interior design and styling
While many hosts have their own tastes, I gladly offer up suggestions regarding spaces/features that get good reviews.
Licensing and hosting permits
I am keen & knowledgeable regarding all area-specific permits that hosts may need to start their STVR business.
Additional services
I am at your service! If there is anything specific needed by a guest/host, I do my best to ensure that it is taken care of.
