All depending on your comfort zone to what type of demographic of guests you would like, I can vet and approve them or not.

Guest messaging

I will handle all communication with guests, you can view all correspondence and chip in if you like, or just relax.

On-site guest support

This can be made available at certain times, but depending on availability.

Cleaning and maintenance

My small & personalised cleaners, ensures your place retains its unique charm & style each turnover. I'm also a handyman.

Listing photography

A professional photographer can be booked to take pictures of your space & upload great pictures to showcase your space.

Interior design and styling

I have an interior designer onboard, who caters for many different styles & budgets. Whether its a full set up or a refresh.

Licensing and hosting permits

I can advise your approval with council, if necessary. You can continue hosting on Airbnb while applications are pending.
