The apartment has a great view in a clean and quiet building in between 2 major routes. The streets alone offer quick access into downtown (5 min at the most), an easy route to the airport and top Office buildings in Cluj(The Office, Iulius Mall). The down town is minutes away, with coffee shops nestled along the way.

Basically, once you reach the boulevard, which was once considered a promenade, you are a few minutes away from the pedestrian square. In the vicinity of the apartment you will find supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, terraces, etc. The bus station that connects to the train station, center and other points of interest is extremely close.
