Next to a farm, we are 8 km from the beaches, in the Auray region and Quiberon Bay, close to the Gulf of Morbihan and the Ria d'Etel, and the Saint Laurent and Baden golf courses. From the megaliths of Carnac to hiking, water sports and golf, or just lazing on the beaches, you'll be spoilt for choice! A second gîte can also be booked: Gîtes d'Izel n°2.

On the ground floor on garden, quiet of a luxury residence, very beautiful completely renovated T2 opening onto a large terrace with sea view. Private garage closed in the basement. But forget the car! The beach is in direct access, restaurants, beachfront bars and the casino are 100 m away. Shops are 300 m away. Relax with 16 people at this peaceful place to stay. It is a large 150 m2 house, completely refurbished in 2023. It is located on a beautiful landscaped garden of 2200 m2 and has 2 terraces in exotic wood, 1 of which is under the shade of an ash tree. 7 bedrooms are available with versatile amenities (all single beds are converted into double beds). At the end of the garden, there is a sunken path that leads to the ocean in 20 minutes on foot by wooded trails.
