Lambert Lodge Annex - 2 Bedrooms with parking

Relax in this peaceful location. Hemingbrough is a small village with easy access to York, Leeds and Hull. The village has a pub which is within easy walking distance as well as local shops. There is a farmshop nearby which sells good Yorkshire produce to take away and also has a restaurant. York is 20 minutes away with its impressive Minster and other attractions including 2 theaters. A number of historic houses are close by which makes the Annexe a perfect base for exploring the local area.

Whether you need a base for a weekend or short break. This location offers many options for exploring the local area either by walking or cycling. SELBY is 5 miles and York 15 miles away. The annex is a 5minute walk from the village of Hambleton where there are two local pubs one of which has an excellent all day menu.

A stylish and spacious one bedroom country home with beautiful views of open fields. Gated entrance with Private onsite parking. Close to Skipwith Common nature reserve. Only 12 miles from York and 4 miles to Selby centre and train station. There is not a bus route, or footpaths close to the property, therefore a car is a necessity.
