Full size sofa sleeper, rollaway twin size bed and queen air mattress also available. Fully stocked kitchen with kitchen amenities, washer/dryer access available. Pet friendly with fenced dog yard. Make your coffee or tea and enjoy the can of cinnamon rolls in the refrigerator ready to bake. Stroll down Route 66, with its many antique shops, bookstores, restaurants, + bars.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place. It is a quaint space. It was built in the 1930s as a home/convenient store. Prior to Airbnb it was an art gallery. All the art is for sale and changes frequently. It is a 4 block walk to downtown with 30 restaurants, a 7 block walk to Hodge Town Ball Park and the Civic Center. Conveniently located to I-27 and I-40. There is a large fenced area behind the Airbnb for dog lovers! It is self-check-in any time you get here. No cleaning/pet fees.

We have hosted guests and large groups/families at the ranch for several years and with the addition of the Boxcar Bunkhouse we are excited to add another level of unique accommodations to the Panhandle area!

The Piney House is a TINY house nestled on a hobby ranch located 5 minutes from I-40 and about 20 minutes from Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Feels secluded but is 10 minutes from many restaurants and attractions. What we lack in size, we make up for in serenity-over the top cleanliness and all the extras you can think of.
