The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Cactus Patch Grain Bins

Experience a unique stay in a one bedroom, one and half bath, converted grain bin with access to a large stocked pond in a private setting! The loft bedroom has a king size bed with half bath. Full size sofa sleeper, rollaway twin size bed and queen air mattress also available. Fully stocked kitchen with kitchen amenities, washer/dryer access available. Pet friendly with fenced dog yard. Two horse stalls, open turnout and one full RV hookup for lease. No events, parties or hosting gatherings.

The Bunny Bungalow

Enjoy a relaxing getaway for two in our brand new bungalow. The studio design features everything you need in one convenient living space - a king bed with fresh white cotton bedding and luxe pillows, comfy chairs for enjoying the fireplace and TV, intimate dining area and a stylish kitchen. The bath features a double vanity, tub for two and modern shower. A full size laundry set is tucked near the back door. One bedroom apartment/full bath/full kitchen/dining area/Harry Potter Closet sleeps kid /adult/comfortable couch for sleeping. 4 walking blocks from the hottest corner in Amarillo, 35 eateries, 8 walking blocks from the baseball field. Has a large patio with a grill for your use. Happily decorated. Close to Interstate 27 and 40. Pets are allowed. There is a $5.00 pet fee. There are no cleaning fees or chores for you to do. There is a side yard for pets.

The separate drive and front entrance, leading all the way to the backyard, mimics a shotgun style house. Its charm and unique history will make your stay one to remember.

Leave your troubles at the gate when you enter this property. My desire is that whatever brings you here you find comfort and peace. If you are coming in from the city and just need to hear silence for a day or two, working in town but want your own space, bringing a family together for vacation/holidays or a couple that just needs a weekend away to reconnect. *It does have a 4 mile stretch of dirt road.

Cactus Blossom Guesthouse is a very nice efficiency apartment located very close to Palo Duro Canyon. It has everything you need to have a comfortable and enjoyable adventure in this area, including a propane grill and outdoor patio set. Inside is comfortable double bed and futon that can be made into a bed. The kitchenette includes refrigerator, microwave, coffeepot, and toaster.

Perfect location for visiting Caprock Canyons State Park, spending the weekend at Bob Will's Days, or your annual hunting trip. Plenty of room with 2 queen beds, 1 full, and 1 twin. It has a fully stocked kitchen as well as a propane grill. There is plenty of parking area for trucks/trailers.
