House 80 meters from the beach

Located on a quiet street, a short walk to the beach (less than 80m), with a very small view of the pool, but perfect to see if the tide is high. The Claouey market is 800 m away, as well as the port, also accessible by the beach to go for oysters or take the children to the sailing club. Very nice single-story house of about 70m2, not adjoining, with nice well exposed garden, and out of sight.
