Located 40 minutes from Bordeaux and 15 minutes from Saint-Émilion. Independent rental located on the banks of the Dordogne and the Gamage River with its waterfall. Very quiet environment with a large flower garden and a large terrace. You will find, on the ground floor, a large living room with lounge and dining area but there is a kitchen (coffee maker, fog, mini-oven, microwave, fridge, toaster) and upstairs, 2 bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom. Spacious stone house 15 minutes from St Emilion. On the banks of the Dordogne, you can enjoy the peace and quiet while being 5 minutes from all the amenities of Castillon la Bataille. On the site, there are 2 houses for rent, one is the small Mauvilla and the other the large Mauvilla; you can rent these 2 houses by booking the Mauvilla annex. Possibility of a linen kit / towels, you will have to report it when you book, it is an additional 15€ / person / stay.
