Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Welcome to La Poudrière, its location and assets will be a plus for your stay. It is quietly located in a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy a south-facing outdoor area and family atmosphere. In an elegant atmosphere, you will have two bedrooms with king size or twin beds, one bedroom with a 140 double bed, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. A baby crib is available on request. You will have a garage to park a sedan up to 1.70 m high and a space in front of the house.

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon.
