High Pasture is a beautiful self-contained cottage, an ideal base for cyclists, walkers, city goers, golfers and those just wanting some peace and quiet to relax and unwind. In an idyllic setting, about 1.5 miles East of Hedley-on-the-Hill, on the Northumberland/Durham border with far reaching views. Extensively equipped kitchen incl. fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing m/c, microwave, coffee machine, toaster etc. We operate a "Contact-free" check-in and stay but we are close by if needed

Dreamers Hut

Dreamers hut is a two double bedroom Shepards hut in its own private woodlands. The rooms offer a cosy cottage feel. Each bedroom is finished to a high standard with woodland views, a luxury double mattress & quality bed linen. Towels and bath robes are provided during your stay. Dreamers hut is in its own private woodlands with a large wood burning sauna, firepit, seating area & 5 person hot tub. The cooking facilities include an electric hob, toaster, combi-microwave oven & outdoor BBQ

Features Wi‑Fi, a 50" smart TV, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bath/shower, and smart TVs in all bedrooms. Ideal for Coast‑to‑Coast cyclists with secure bike storage for up to 4 bicycles. Off‑street parking opposite and key‑coded entry for easy self‑check‑in.

Grange Cottage

The Grange is a very large cottage which can now sleep up to 11 people in four bedrooms. Over the last few months, we have done a lot of work to upgrade this cottage. We have replaced the main bathroom, and fitted a new kitchen (now with a dishwasher !!) Originally, this was 2 cottages, and we have now repurposed the second living room to be another double bedroom. If you have a large group of people, there is another table and more chairs in the cottage.

The Annexe

The Annexe on High Woodside Farm is an ideal location for couples or families who want to visit the North East of England It is a 15 minute drive to Durham and a 30 minute drive to Newcastle and Sunderland a 40 minute drive. The Annexe has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge on the ground floor with a bathroom, consisting of toilet, sink and shower and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. It is very light and modern and has a small courtyard.

TINY HOME Railway Carriage No.1 - Stunning Views

At the end of a wooded lane, through a farm gate, two 1930s cargo rail carriages recovered from the North East Railway have been transformed into cosy retreats at Lockhaugh Farm. Carriage No. 1 is one of four unique rentals, uniquely positioned where Tyne & Wear, County Durham and Northumberland converge. Wild swimming, fishing, cycling and endless walks are just beyond the gate. Star-filled skies, owls, deer and badgers await.

The Annexe is self contained at the rear of Pontop Hall with its own single parking space. The Hall is a grade 2* Listed Building, built as early as 1600. Recently restored the property has all the modern comforts you would expect in a home. You can enjoy a tranquil environment with some excellent walks on your doorstep and in the local area.
