At Chobe Hideaway's self-catering chalets, you can sip a coffee on your balcony as you watch wildlife visit the waterhole in front of you. Our camp is a haven of peace and tranquility far from the standard tourist circuit. Each cabin has its own bathroom and kitchen, queen size bed, sitting area, balcony, and picnic/braai area with fireplace. Hot water is provided by a water tank warmed by fire. We are a completely off-grid and self sufficient facility using solar power and ground water.

Galago Rave Cabin

Galago Rave Cabin: Your base camp for Adventure! Rise above the wild in this rugged wood, thatch & canvas cabin on stilts, staring straight out over a waterhole where the bush comes to drink. Each room has its own shower and loo, with massive gauze windows throwing the forest wide open. Inside is an open-plan kitchen and lounge, that spills onto a sun deck for that sunrise coffee. Outside? fire up the open bush kitchen and gather around the fireplace as the night sounds take over.

Offers campgrounds and tent rentals for camping. Located on the highway to Chobe national park, savuti, lenyanti, moremi and khwai. Good for 1 night stopping before and after a long drive. Prices charged $15 per person per night which makes $30 for 2 people per night
