Located in a small town next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open layout with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails are a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

It is equipped with underfloor heating and ceiling fans.

La Almunia de Nigüelas is an accessible country house in the heart of nature, in an area of high environmental protection (Sierra Nevada National Park). The views are spectacular and the weather is very pleasant. The half-hectare farm is in the Lecrín Valley watchtower. The treatment of agricultural production is organic. Our house is built with natural materials, meeting bioclimatic and environmental sustainability criteria.

It features a large veranda with direct views of Lake Béznar, from where you can admire the spectacular sunsets that the valley offers.

The house's greatest selling point is its location, with stunning views of the Sierra Nevada National Park and the Canales reservoir. It has excellent connections to the centre of Granada and to the Sierra Nevada ski resort, which is just a 30-minute drive away.
