Places of interest: the beach, restaurants and food, amazing views, and art and culture. You'll love my place because of the neighborhood. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children). Apartment renovated to new, located in a quiet area as it is a small private community. It is a 9-minute walk from Regla beach (800 m), El Espigón area, next to PICOCO. At the same time it is in the middle of a shopping area, Main Cl of shops, banks, restaurants, etc.

Piso en Chipiona muy bien situado, a pocos metros de la playa de Regla (5 min. caminando aprox.). La ubicación es inmejorable. Una vez se aparque el coche no es necesario moverlo para nada. Muy cercano al centro, al Santuario y al faro. Cuenta con una terraza muy agradable y espaciosa. Se encuentra en una zona del pueblo muy tranquila, ideal para desconectar. Sin garaje para coche o moto. Los animales son bienvenidos. Preguntar cualquier duda sin compromiso.
