Luxury house with private heated pool in Nerja!

Welcome to this beautiful house in Nerja. Located in the popular area of Capistrano Village. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. This luxury renovated villa is something out of the ordinary. Very tasteful with exclusive materials in both the interior-design and furnitures. Here you get Extra Everything for a perfect stay! The residence offers an air-conditioned accommodation, underfloor heating and a private heated pool in the garden. To the town center of Nerja and the "Balcon de Europa" it is 2 km and to the main beach "Playa de Burriana" only 1,2 km. The grocery stores Mercadona and Carrefour are both within easy reach, about 250 meters from the property. The Capistrano area facilities with pool area, bar and restaurant are also just around the corner. Wi-fi is free. Towels and bed linen are included to make your stay more enjoyable. Parking at the house is also free. If you feel like BBQ, there is an outdoor kitchen with fridge for chilled drinks and a gasgrill on the terrace. It invites you to gather. Either at the dining area, the built-in lounge sofa or at the bar. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, all of which have "en suite" bathrooms with shower and toilet. They are all located one floor up. On the ground floor there is a hallway with a guest toilet, a well-proportioned living room with a view of the terrace and the sea. As well a very well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. Everything in an open plan. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. In the living room there is a sofa group, TV and a sound-system.

The new renovated ancient house is situated in the old part of Frigiliana in one of the most charming streets near the panaroma point of the village. The house offers a spacious living with sofa and chair. From here you go the to sleepingroom with a 4 poster bed (160*200). In the well equiped kichten you find the dining table. The bathroom with walk- in shower, toilet and sinck. The garden with private pool (May 2025) and roofterrace offers amazing seevieuws. BBQ, dining table and loungechairs.

An inviting outdoor space features a large, clear swimming pool surrounded by tiled decking. A pergola provides shade, with colorful seating and a lounge area nearby. Lush greenery and distant views of the Mediterranean ocean create a serene backdrop.

Casita Blanca | Beautiful house with sea view

Beautiful Andalusian cottage with sea view from the spacious balcony in a scenic setting in Nerja! The sunny private garden with terrace on the ground floor is a lovely outdoor area to enjoy. Only a 6 minute walk to Burriana beach and restaurants. The accommodation is completely renovated in June. Please note that you have to walk stairs to reach the house and that the house has a spiral staircase to acces the downstairs bedroom from the living room. Free parking available on the street.

Pasar unos días inolvidables, haciendo una barbacoa, jugando al pádel, al baloncesto, saliendo de ruta a la montaña, mirando la noche de estrellas o viendo como los niños disfrutan en la piscina, es el mejor de los planes para pasar tus próximas vacaciones.

Ubicada en la calle peatonal principal del pueblo rodeada de comercios... Capacidad para 6 personas, con tres plantas,dos dormitorios, sala de estar, baño completo, terraza con solárium, cocina equipada con lavavajillas,vitro, lavadora...,patio. Parkin publico de pago cerca.

Casita Myla has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Inside you will find a kitchen, lounge and double bed with en-suite bathroom. Double doors lead out to the fabulous courtyard terrace with an outdoor dining set, a large corner sofa then down some steps to the BBQ and outdoor Kitchen area.

This stylish stay is perfect for group trips or multiple families with 7 bedrooms + 2 kitchens Very nice lavish house in fantastic quiet environment, 4 min. from Frigiliana which has been named “most beautiful Pueblo blanco” in Spain, 8 min from Nerja, magical hikes and cycling at your doorstep. The whole house has free Wi-Fi and is a no-smoking house. Close to excursion such as Nerja caves, Sierra Nevada, Granada, Ronda, Malaga, etc.

Se cobra una fianza de 500€ que será devuelto a la finalización y se incluye un gasto de luz de 20kw día.Si el consumo es mayor se cobrará aparte. Está prohibido que entren en la casa personas que no sean los huéspedes así como realizar fiestas y ruido que molesten a los vecinos. No está permitido fumar en el interior
