In the village, a leisure base and swimming pool open in the summer with many bike paths. Ideally located on the banks of the Loir... near La Flèche zoo (15 km), LE MANS 24h circuit (35 km), Château du Lude (10 km) and less than an hour from Tours, Saumur, Angers

A break in Luché-Pringé in this accommodation for 6 people, equipped with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, a terrace not overlooked, a large garage equipped with an electric charging station (3.7 kW). All the comforts for a stay in our small city of character, close to the La Flèche Zoo and the Prytanée, the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, the Château du Lude, the Châteaux de la Loire, Terrabotanica, not to mention our shops, our municipal swimming pool and our bike paths.

Village House Rental.

Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Possibility to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee €40.
