This is a newly renovated unit. Very cozy atmosphere. Brand new Queen size (firm) bed. New Keurig coffee machine and new utensils, pots and pans. We have a brand new smart tv that features around 50 channels (Roku).

Our place in Cherry Valley is... ~ where 3 major highways intersect (90, Routes 39 and 20) ~ close to Rockford and the Chicago Rockford airport ~ the O'Hare & Midway and Madison WI bus stops ~ local park at the end of the driveway with a playground and swings ~ Beautiful Baumann Park with a walking path/lake/tennis courts ~ walking distance to the quaint village center with 3 restaurants

House sits on the end of a Quiet street. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable i slept in everyday. Kitchen is equipped with more than enough cooking supplies and the kids loved the popcorn machine. The towels were stocked in every bathroom. We were welcomed with homemade straight out the oven oatmeal cookie. I can keep going forever about this amazing home. We will definitely be staying here again.”

State Street shopping corridor, which includes many chain stores and restaurants, such Khols, Target, Office Max, Olive Garden, Starbucks etc.
