I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

As you can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a bed with good quality bedding. We've optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate.
