Rustic farmhouse in a natural setting on the Lucena mills route

Rustic house located in Lucena del Cid (Peñagolosa natural park), terrace, pool, barbecue and river to bathe 10 min. walk.(90 meters from house and 400 meters garden.). You can bring your pets ,if it weighs up to 10kilos, it's 20 euros per stay. If you are a family with minor children, we do not charge a supplement. On June 15, the pool is opened and 15 September is closed; you can not use the barbecue from June 1 until September 15 for the risk of fire,it is a natural place.

Very cozy villa recently renovated, it is the perfect place to stop time, rest, read, watch movies, go for a walk or by bike. It has 3 bedrooms, a study and a large space that integrates the kitchen, dining room and living room, in winter you are accompanied by the mesmerizing fire of a fireplace. The location is in an urbanization close to the urban center. The village has endless paths and routes to get lost among the pines. If you like to make BTT the place is ideal.
