The villa consists of two bedrooms each with en suite bathroom, a large space dedicated to the kitchen and living room, with an exceptional sea view. Garden of about 300 m2, full of plants, a sunbathing area with loungers and chairs, umbrellas and a fantastic private heated hot tube .Guests can also use the large community swimming pool which is located right in front .

We live in a villa with its own independent flat which we are letting for holidays. The flat has its own private terrace, with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and American style kitchen area. We have a community pool, to which you will receive your own key on arrival. We are a 5 minute drive from Los Cristianos or if you don’t want to rent a car there is a good bus route. Chayofa is a very quiet area, with nearby supermarkets, gym, tennis courts and restaurants.

A heated swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace. Eight lounge chairs are positioned nearby for relaxation. Potted plants add greenery, while a barbecue grill is visible in the background. An umbrella offers shade, enhancing the outdoor area for leisure.
