At 10 minutes from the highway (A89), between Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, the house can welcome 4 adults or a family with two children properly. Our master bedroom offers a timeless stay with breathtaking view over the hills of Massif Central. With its large volumes, Versailles parquet flooring and monumental fireplace, the room is at the heart of this property, which belongs to the same family since 1781. With a large terrace at your disposal, and the exclusive use of the swimming pool (open after May 20th) and grounds, you're guaranteed a unique and rejuvenating stay. Our comfortable apartment is close to the capital of cutlery Thiers and the St Rémy sur Durolle lake, it will allow you to discover Puy de Dôme and the Livradois Forez Regional Natural Park. Just 35 minutes from Clermont Ferrand (5 minutes from the A89). It is equipped with a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, 4 burners, dishwasher, kitchenware and 2-seater sofa bed), a bedroom (double bed, air conditioning) and a bathroom/WC.
