Access and the courtyard are independent, privatized and dedicated to guests. Linens and bath towels provided.

Contact me at 0699827327. At 6bis, peaceful 80 m2 house in the heart of Châtelaillon, 100 m from a large park and 150 m from the beach. The thalasso and casino, in addition to all the beachfront restaurants, are nearby. Fully equipped house, nothing to provide. Possibility to rent bed linen/towels, contact me if necessary. The room is equipped with a 160/200 bed (220/240 duvet) and the second bed is the sofa bed in the living room, also 140/200.

The apartment is fully equipped for your stay in La Rochelle. It is located 100 meters from the sea and the new promenade. 20 minutes very pleasant walk to reach the city center via the sea promenade. Arrival and departure of LR easy. Easy parking. Cozy, new and very well-equipped apartment. Located in our quiet property in a cul-de-sac, with parking space. A bakery on the corner, 5-minute walk to small shops and Yelo bikes, electric car charging stations in front of Périgny town hall, 5 km from the ocean and the center of La Rochelle by bike.
