This detached house of 85m2 is located in a peaceful corner in the heart of the municipality of Villedieu sur Indre (10 minutes from Châteauroux ), ideal for discovering the golf course of Val de l 'Indre, easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A20 motorway. The accommodation has been renovated and set up to accommodate a maximum of 6 people ( ideal for 4). A set of amenities are at your disposal, linens and bath towels are in place as well as breakfast essentials.

Plusieurs commerces se situent à proximité. Veuillez noter que le jacuzzi n’est pas utilisable de novembre à mars.

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.
